All notices from the Asbestos Compensation Commissioner should be read carefully to ensure that time frames for lodging a referral to the Tribunal are complied with.
For example, referrals made under section 124, 125, 127, 91 of the Act and ex-parte re-hearing requests must all be made within strict time frames (see types of referrals for additional information).
